The Edmonton Eparchy in partnership with the Bridge of Hope has embarked on a charitable project entitled “Home of Hope”. It is a sanctuary and support for teenage girls, who no longer qualify for Ukrainian Government protection services, and need a safe place to work on their education and career.

Development and Peace is a membership led organization supported by parish collections, individual donations and government grants, principally from the Canadian International Development Agency.


 

Aid to the Church in Need:

Aid to the Church in Need is an international charitable organization founded in Belgium in 1947 and presently established in 17 countries. ACN’s distinctive mark is that it helps communities of Catholics rather than individuals, wherever they can be found in difficulty for reasons of persecution or dire material needs.

The Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation was founded in response to a growing need to financially and practically assist the needs of the Ukrainian Catholic Church, specifically in the area of education.
